Thanks for visiting the website of the Lancaster University Real Ale and Cider Society.

Membership is open to all Lancaster University purplecard holders and we welcome anyone who likes quality conversation and wants to make new friends. We are the most laid back society in Lancaster!

The best way to find out about upcoming events is to create a Facebook account and join our facebook group which will be updated with all the latest news and socials.

You can also join our mailing list through the LUSU website, if you are a member this should be automatic but non-members can also subscribe and we encourage anyone who is interested in Real Ale and Cider to do so as we often send out last minute reminders of festivals in the area.

We also have a notice board in Furness Bar which details all meetings and events.

Prospective Members

If you've applied to Lancaster and are interested in joining then don't wait till you get here! Get in touch as we'd love to hear from you. We attend the annual Freshers Fair where you can join the society as well as purchase merchandise and sign up for trips for the first term! You can join at any time though!
